Welcome!
I’m Dr. Aimee Adams, a nationally board-certified acupuncturist dedicated to helping people restore balance and reconnect with their natural state of health. I believe healing is a conversation between your body and the wisdom within it. Through acupuncture and integrative medicine, I help guide that process by supporting your body’s ability to heal, regulate, and thrive.
Biography
Dr. Aimee Adams is a licensed acupuncturist and N.A.E.T. Practitioner with a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her academic path began with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Women’s and Gender Studies, where she developed a deep respect for the ways culture and lived experience shape health and resilience. This perspective continues to guide her work today, weaving together scientific study, holistic medicine, and the human story behind every patient.

Since 2006, Dr. Adams has pursued a deep and ongoing study of Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism, including meditation and mantra practice. She trained closely with her root teacher, Gelek Rimpoche, and continues her practice under the guidance of Demo Rinpoche. Her path has included regular retreats and facilitating meditation courses such as the healing practice of White Tara at Jewel Heart, a Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center. These experiences have shaped her approach to healing, guiding her to offer care that is compassionate, focused, and attentive by integrating Buddhist psychological and spiritual principles into her clinical work.

Bridging the wisdom of Buddhist tradition and the clinical rigor of Chinese medicine, Dr. Adams offers care that is both grounded and deeply personal. Patients often describe her presence as calm and attentive, and her treatments as supportive of body, mind, and spirit. Her goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to help individuals reconnect with balance, resilience, and the deeper potential within themselves.
